Maintenance Work Orders

Please contact the main office at 336-629-4146 ext. 205 (or option 1) for maintenance work orders during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This includes normal and emergency type work orders.  If you leave a message, make sure you include:

• Your Name
• Your address
• Phone number, and
• A brief description problem
• The work order will be generated, and the maintenance staff will be contacted.

After normal business hours, please call:

• The Asheboro Housing Authority after hours mobile number at 336-963-9187 for EMERGENCY type work orders. 
• Your call will be answered by whoever is on call.  If you do not receive a call back within 15 minutes or so please call the next number on your magnet which is
  Alternate #1, 336-879-0426.
• If you do not get an answer at that number, you may call the next number which is
  Alternate #2, 336-736-6654. Please call the after-hours number only if it is an EMERGENCY. 

If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 first!
